Order pick up.
We do not offer shipping. All purchases may be picked up at PORTLAND location.
Pickup location:
3969 NE MLK Blvd, Portland OR (store entrance on corner of Shaver St.)
Pickup hours:
11-5pm, Weds–Saturday
Orders not picked up within one week of selected pickup time may be considered abandoned and resold.
Please schedule a time you will be available to pick up your item. Most items can be available for immediate pickup during store hours. If you need to change your pickup time or have any questions about pickup availability, please email heidi@communitywarehouse.org or call (503) 235-8786.
When you arrive, please enter the store and ask a team member or volunteer for assistance!
Our warehouse/furniture bank team is not available to service pickups, but our store team will be glad to pack up and assist with your items. Thanks for your understanding and support!
Sales Policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or store credits. Items for pick up are held for 1 week maximum.
We choose our online merchandise carefully and are transparent about the condition of the items we post. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions. Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pick-up, we can hold it for UP TO 1 week. Orders that are not picked up in the 1 week window will be considered abandoned and resold in the shop. Email us with any questions: heidi@communitywarehouse.org
