About us.

Community Warehouse is the Portland Metro region's only local nonprofit furniture bank. We help our neighbors overcoming adversity such as homelessness and domestic violence by turning their empty housing into furnished homes. Our Estate Store accepts donations of vintage and contemporary home goods and sells them at affordable prices to support furniture bank operations. We have one brick-and-mortar location in NE Portland. Support us by shopping, donating furniture, donating funds, or volunteering.

Order pick up.

We do not offer shipping. All purchases may be picked up at TIGARD location now through 4-17.

Items purchased between now and April 16th, 2025 may be picked up via curbside pickup at the Community Warehouse furniture bank and donation center located in Tigard.

Items will be available again for pickup in Portland starting April 17th. Please email heidi@communitywarehouse.org if you would like to reschedule your pickup for after the 17th at our Portland store.


Orders not picked up within one week of selected pickup time may be considered abandoned and resold.


Please schedule a time you will be available to pick up your item, as we will use this scheduled time to ensure our availability for load out for curbside pickup. Please arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. You will receive an email from us confirming your pick up time with detailed pickup instructions. If you need to change your pickup time for any reason, please email heidi@communitywarehouse.org or call 971-303-3660.


When you arrive at the warehouse, please park in an available spot out front and text or call 971-303-3660 and we will bring you your item! There is a doorbell to ring for service at the front of the building for use only if we are unreachable by phone.


Please be aware this facility is a functioning furniture bank warehouse serving many clients each day and is not a space accessible to the public. Our furniture bank team is not available to service pickups, but our store team will be glad to pack up and deliver your items to your vehicle. Thanks for your understanding and support!

Sales Policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or store credits. Items for pick up are held for 1 week maximum.
We choose our online merchandise carefully and are transparent about the condition of the items we post. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions. Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pick-up, we can hold it for UP TO 1 week. Orders that are not picked up in the 1 week window will be considered abandoned and resold in the shop. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
