Paul Jacoulet Woodblock Print

Vintage woodblock print 'Retour d'un Banquet' from 1951 in an original edition of 350 featuring reclined opium smoking figure in Japanese style, by French artist Paul Jacoulet (1896–1960.) Jacoulet lived and studied in Japan post-WWII and worked in the traditional ukiyo-e printmaking style with his own twist.

Other impressions of this piece have sold at auction for $850.
